The first video was posted June 4 and showed they'd done all the demolition work and removed the old system and floor. So they didn't start in June, but I wouldn't think that was two plus months of work either. Somebody should be answering some very pointed questions.

Dan Fridgen is back behind the bench again

Dan Fridgen named Canterbury interim boys hockey head coach

On Thursday, Canterbury named Dan Fridgen its interim boys hockey head coach. Fridgen is RPI's all-time leader in wins as head coach.

I believe Fridge recruited Uryadov from South Kent (which is only about 10 miles from Canterbury). Canterbury is about 20 miles from my house. I've never even met Fridgen but he always seemed like a good guy. Maybe I'll check the schedule to see if I can take in a game.

It has been a brutal summer at Canterbury. Their head basketball coach--Watervliet native Brian Fruscio--had a series of strokes, and is recovering.
