This entering class for next year is really shaping up to be quite an offensive influx. I know coach SA is usually a little reluctant to rely on freshmen but I suspect next year he may be giving these boys a lot of ice time.

Honestly, if these freshmen prove themselves in practices (whether run by Coach or Malchuk or whomever the captain will be), I think they'll see ice time. Yes, Coach says that the seniors will lead the team, but I think what he really means is that those who work hard under his system and develop themselves to be the right players in a situation will play; it just so happens that the seniors have an edge over this because they have experienced the system for 3 years and have developed those good chemistries to make Coach say, "Hey, these three play well together, I think I should keep them on the same line."
