Re: RPI 2011 - 12 Part IV: We ain't Bailen on this season yet, Go Red!!
As far as the proportion is concerned, you do the math.....take every D-1 team and deterimine the percentage of incoming freshmen relative to the overall make up of that individual team relative to the rest of the classes. As far as leadership is concerned, based on what you are saying is that leadership can only be provided by one or a group that are upperclassmen, as in SENIORS!!!! However, it may be singular as in upperclassman, senior.
When it comes to leadership, some don't need 4 years to develop!! You don't develop leadership from scratch!!!!!! You develop leadership from what leadership characteristics currently exist and then you build. If there are no leadership qualities, then no consideration for leadership!
If this is your argument, please compare RPI and Lowell as a team by class and get back to me with the results.
Can you please just stick to the too many keys you're pounding on the computer because your knowledge is false and I will call you on it every time! However, you are entitled to your opinion

Are you a drum beater??
ah., but what proportion of the overall team is new? teams that blend experience with fresh blood generally have different outcomes than teams that lose nearly all of their leaders at once, as it inevitably takes time for new leaders to develop. It is much different developing new leaders as they mature compared to developing an entire corp of new leadership from scratch.
