ob·ses·sion (b-sshn, b-)
n.
1. Compulsive preoccupation with a fixed idea or an unwanted feeling or emotion, often accompanied by symptoms of anxiety.
2. A compulsive, often unreasonable idea or emotion.

I left, you and your pal Flag mentioned me 3 or 4 times so I felt obligated to join in on the fun

WAY more impressive than controlling play for 120 minutes against a WCHA team.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH.

I'm not sure what is funnier the fact that you put so much stock into "controlling play" or the fact that you pump up Mankato because of the league they play in. Priceless.

Exactly. Ask any real program if they take pride in "controlling the play" Lap dogs do, not top teams with pride.

Real programs win

Next week we will hear again how great Ferris is but we outplayed them.

Union will be a min imum of 5 games ahead in standings by year end..

At least this song stuck in my head is a little better than some of the others. ;) (Animotion is the artist for those interested, I realize many are not)

And then, like a faded star desperate to cling to old glories, MAV shows up. Right on time, too.

Ralph comes back for lunch, looks at thread, tries to figure out how thread got into an infinite loop, and leaves. :(

Please dont tell me you are talking third person singular? What are you? Wade Boggs, Rickley Henderson or the Steve Garvey of college hockey??

Watch the next 15 or 20 games and you will geta first hand view of how good Kennedy was vs what you have.
Don't think it's possible to ascribe performance in the next 15-20 games to JFK's absence. I do believe we are better on D overall though and after 15 games I think we'll see that your prognostications regarding this team are off the mark. If not then I'm sure we'll hear about it anyhow.

You could make some hypotheses. He was not in the lineup for the 3rd Union game (I'm counting Lake Placid as #1), and didn't come back until the UAH series. In that spread, we had one loss (Yale @ the Whale) and one tie (USA U-20 Juniors). 5-1-1 during that time.

I am playing the part of an MTU fan on the week before a tUMD game. :D

THEY LISTED EVERY TEAM!!!! 18th to 25th and by all accounts, a 5th-7th placed team is not a rise.

JFK has great leadership qualities from all that I have heard. He could be a great coach someday, although I hope that he puts his engineering degree to good use. However as a defenseman, he really wasn't that great, and I don't think that many RPI fans would disagree.

I know that you don't think much of Curadi, but lets give him more than one game before making a decision, a game in which he did not appear to be a liability to me. He did play regularly in the USHL which means a lot -- Jensen didn't, and he still made a contribution.

lot more than one game . heard enough from Penticton and other coaches around to make a sound call. he is 20+ freshman , koudy came in as a 17 year old freshman for example. I think your group ripped the Union freshman d who was +30 with over 30 points last year for being same thing.
Leonard is an upgrade long term, good one+

Thanks for the correction. Bodie is too old. Oh wait was he on the list when he was eligible...no. Are there any on the list from Union. To compare him to Pat is asine. Pat was 17 yrs old in his first game.

I don't see the relevance of this. Aspydad was stating that Koudys is much younger than Bodie and will have a better career. He pointed out the difference in age. I would also say there is a significant size difference. None of this has anything to do with Curadi except for the fact that Curadi is not a teenager either. Here http://board.uscho.com/showthread.p...ur-Dues-quot&p=5131630&viewfull=1#post5131630 is the link by the way, to see that post in context, which for some reason you did not want to post.

BYW, although I don't that either Curadi or Bodie will make the NHL, Curadi has a better shot at it.
