Good Luck the rest of the way this year folks!

Maybe see you in March or April?;)

If not, looking forward to your visit next fall!

Re: RPI 2011-12 Part II: We Like to Post!

Was that supposed to be obvious? :D

It seems to work, at least at 800.

You guys just want everything, don't you? :D

The bitrate switching, because of the way it works, is supposed to happen automagically and seamlessly. It sometimes does. If you do switch it manually, like FD08 said, it takes between 3 to 8ish seconds to happen, depending on all sorts of things. At one point I had a hack in place to pause it then resumed to switch right away, but I didn't like it so I removed it.

I am always trying to improve things, so I'll keep tinkering.

FWIW, the team picture is up on the roster page. That's much earlier in the season than most recent years.

The middle of the back row looks an awful lot like the NY skyline-I think I see the Chrysler Building in there somewhere.

Not to mention, the BRO's fro-trying-to-make-a-return adds an inch or two. :p:D

Like he really needs any more advantage to appear menacing:p I hope Babo doesn't get upset with me but I think he would look unreal with long red flowing hair streaming out from under the helmet. A red afro would just be so cool too.:D

He used to have a 'fro in the USHL before a charity event (I still think babo sent in a check for $2000 because she didn't like the 'fro). Are you talking about hair like mine? He might be able to pull it off, although he'll need to start growing REAL facial hair.:D

Just think that a big red 'fro would make for a heck of a deterrent visually. Over the years I have gone through all the phases-long hair, 'fro, short hair, crew, moustache, fu manchu, beards-just getting it all out of my system. We seem to have a very tough physical team this year and wonder what effect it would have to have them look the part? Perhaps a sports psychologist could help us in that regard? From the little I've seen so far(and of course heard) we can bang with anyone and we do not have to back down. Tinordi, Malchuk, Rabbani up front and most of the defense are all very strong on their skates. I am really liking this team more and more. It would appear coach SA has set into motion a pretty good long range plan for the program.

I agree, our defensive line is HUGE, and it's going to be a lot of fun.:D I got a kick out of watching opposing players skate up to Pat Koudys and try to knock him down, only to have him completely unfazed by the whole thing. The same with watching five Mavericks jawing with Luke Curadi in the nonsense immediately following the buzzer on Saturday. I agree with the WRPI annoncers: he's probably not the one you want to pick a fight with:p

When you guys get to Hockey East, understand they actually play hockey there. You won't be able to get away with untalented hockey waste products like Luke Curadi and expect to represent yourself in any way other than humiliation vs. BU, BC, UNH, etc. Just sayin'.

Watch the kid play a game before you judge.
