It's not a matter of him being right or wrong. His bile makes him an element that must be cleansed, and if people refuse to suffocate him by ignoring him, different tactics are called for.

I will not continue this line of discussion, because it's exactly what this ******* wants.

Good point, and I'll shut up again too.

So, how 'bout that Black Friday game?

Blackout is pretty cool, but we should stop copying Union's marketing. ;)

Also, for the next thread name: "RPI 2011-12 Part III: We're keeping pucks out of the net on both sides of the ice" would be the obvious route :p but I do like the simplicity of "What should part IV be called?"

RPI III: This thread is a bigger mind**** than our offense

Re: RPI 2011-12 Part II: We Like to Post!

I was shocked - SHOCKED - to see that, with the team struggling, Beman returned to the board.

A true fan.
Sorry to say the team has been doing bad since last Feb. I could sit here and say how great the team is but whats the point. I post when the team does well unfortuately it has been a while. I am not afarid to post negative statements when the Engineers are playing poorly

If a true fan looks at everything through rose colored glasses well then I am not a true fan. Kind of ironic to be a true fan I can't speak the truth.

No, genius. A true fan sticks around through thick and thin. People who are only around in the good times are annoying. People who only pop in for bad times are *******s.

If you were a true fan, you wouldn't crawl back under a rock when the team was being successful.

All is well here in Troy....the sun came up today just like it always does...so life is OK....that goes for our hockey team as well...I attended the game @ St.Lawrence although it was very frustrating I didn't see a team that can't compete...what I saw was a team that is struggling generating offense not just scoring but applying sustained offensive pressure...due to injuries and other factors the lines are for a lack of a better word cobbled together w/wingers playing center and vise versa and they get juggled during the game trying to find a combo that can make some magic. We did make some mental mistakes...the first SLU goal was scored by a guy left all alone in the slot the second goal was a deflection that appeared to go off one of our guys(nobodys fault)it wasn't like they were major breakdowns...we played physical, and competed... but we also took way to many penalties...its hard to generate offense when your killing penalties...most of the penalties I saw were, although a little ticky tacky given that we all know how this league is officiated were predictable and what I consider mental mistakes.I don't buy into the "ship needs to be righted" theory what I belive is that the ship is solid and just fine what we need to do is just get the ship going again...We have the Coach to do that and the players to do that...this is when THEY need to be mentally tough and WE need to have their backs 110%.So let get behind them not second guess them and do our part to get this going again...LETS GO RED ! ! !

The bad news-the ship does indeed need to be righted.
The good news-we have the boys to do it. We just need to get them all back into the line up and generate those scoring chances.

Not true Stu wrong as usual. I post in good and bad times and go to most every home game. Crawl back under a rock? How witty you are. You are a regular Don Rickles.
