If it wasn't, that last remark wouldn't have warranted a response. It clearly does bother you that no one on this board takes you seriously.(Quote)

thats your problem. You write as part of a sewing circle to impress and add nothing

I write things I see and hear.

Could have said zero but saw it and it was a joke and worth mentioning. Zero respect for another player, a non fighter all because he got toasted and scored on. Thats not tough, 100% the opposite

... This is just demeaning us by engaging and I was the biggest offender. Let's move on....

I am raising my right hand, taking the Aspy Dad pledge and will refrain from further engagement with the chap who shall remain nameless...:p

Past Hokeydope observations:

xerxes has a top army I think and will have no problem with sparta, leonnidas is overrated no one denies this

I actually like this guys chances of beating the rap. Hes the son of god I understand and from what I saw on sunday everyone seems to love him.

burgoyne is pretty much unstoppable - first round draft pick forsure, doubt Gates an Arnold will come anywhere close

You know what they say, Cotton is King!

Truman is on his way out, there's no chance he won't get beaten by Dewey

Ken Dryden is making a huge mistake playing college hockey

Oops! Wrong again.

I write things I see and hear.

And your analysis, time and again, has proven to be beyond poor and more often, just flat wrong.

Could have said zero but saw it and it was a joke and worth mentioning. Zero respect for another player, a non fighter all because he got toasted and scored on. Thats not tough, 100% the opposite

If you had one firing neuron in your head, you'd understand why this is stupid. You're always better off "saying zero." As they say, far better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you're a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

...
Did your NHL guy at the camp point Seth Appert out to you?... He was there.

I'm glad to hear Seth isn't letting his frequent flyer miles stack up...:p Now we can cut RB loose on who Appert has on his wish list....:D

That's what I thought.

Steven Beyers, RPI target, in a HS lacrosse uniform http://www.thestar.com/sports/highschool/athleteoftheweek/article/808156--steven-beyers. Not a great HS average. (I am surprised that they post this information, but it has happened with others too.)

I don't think that this was posted earlier http://www.stcatharinesstandard.ca/ArticleDisplay.aspx?archive=true&e=1183195. Beyers went to the Sudbury camp last year, and I assume that he paid his own way and stayed less than 48 hours. Sounds indeed like SA's type of player.

Edit: I should add that the article states that Beyers was cut, while the truth is probably that he left on his own volition so as not to lose his NCAA eligibility.
RB - I can only find info on him for 16 RS games in O'ville last season...? From that radio interview (which was painfully awful to listen to, thanks to the moron with the mike) its sounds like we missed him on a visit? Or did am I forgetting that he came?

We continue to hear quite frequently, even for the recruits we aren't getting - we're up against big time programs for big time talent. That's what you call progress!

RPI is doing as good a job as anyone in the country, all things considered, on the recruiting side.

Enough already! Responding to posts that you don't like just feeds the fire. No player deserves to be trashed on these blogs. Everyone has an opinion but it is time to put this to rest-leave this kid alone-his talent will speak for itself!!!

That's right. You don't have a name. That's because you're a LIAR. You just come in here and make accusations with nothing to back them up. "Oh, he beat up the brother of an NHL advisor." Well, if you know he's a brother of an NHL advisor, surely you know his name and yet, you don't say it.

Thank you for exposing yourself as the charlatan that you are. You just come on back any time you need another asswhoopin.

Amen, IMO.

Amen, IMO.

Boy, Mr. Baer will love this heated debate. It keeps us on the top of the first page. The only thing that would get us more worked up is someone accusing SA of wearing a toupee :D

Re: RPI 2010 Off-Season III -- How we learned to stop worrying and love the Class of

Seriously, is there a way to find out how JL did on his SAT's? Has there been any more news on him? Is this another flashpoint?

I have no way of knowing what JL did on his SAT's. I only read the things posted here. I have not heard anything else about him. I am sticking by my statements before that if he comes great if not best of luck to him. Maybe we could send the BRO to mug him and force him into coming to Troy. He seems to be the right size for the BRO to pick on. :D
