Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

Hey Lodge

I would have been much happier if the **********s from Michigan lost. I hate them with a passion. Not only will Michigan being at the frozen 4 inspire many, many Heil to the mother ****ers, god knows they're ****ty band will play it 400,000 times, but they will get the brunt of everyone's anti-big 10 rage. I will cheer for injuries against Michigan.

I'm torn in the North Dakota-Denver game. I want the Sioux to win, but I stand to win a bunch of money if Denver wins it all....like I said, torn.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

Since when do we need an excuse to sing/yell/chant anything?

'Morning, Lodge. Yesterday was rough, but 11 hours of sleep later I'm feeling much better. Time to run the 10 miler that got pushed back for some silly roadtrip.

Ok, let me rephrase: we now have a legitimate excuse, since MI will be there. :p

More hockey today!

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

SG, I'll have my attorney in tow to sue you immediately after you hammer punch me.:p

Go Pios!:D

PS: I hope the flu hangs on for a couple weeks so yo don't have any strength left for your punch.;)

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

10 periods of tourney hockey is an accomplishment that I vaguely recall from 17 yrs ago.

The ten periods for RPI go back to the 3rd period of the 1985 championship game vs. PC. RPI's last goal was in the second period of that game.

Yeah, but you won that year so you have to look back fondly at that game even if you didn't score in the third period. :)

mookie - totally agree with your post in the BU thread, except for how the fastlane transponder prevents you from seeing friends that are BC fans. That made me go - wha??? My godson just posted on his Facebook page that he got accepted at BC. I responded "Why don't you just put a stake in my heart??" ;)

wT - congrats on making the Frozen Four!! I assume that means you will be there? Or will the new job preclude you from attending? Hope not. I'm glad Michigan will be there as I'm hoping my former UMich client will be there. I need to email him on Monday. Congrats also to Duluth. Happy for the Connollys - Jack's folks, not Mike's folks. Well, I'm not not happy for Mike Connolly's folks. I just don't know them. I do know Jack's folks and will hopefully see them there.

SG - love you to death but don't ever tell me who to root for again. And I hope you feel you're feeling better for the FF!!

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

Just my dated joke how bc grads sell insurance or get Mgmt jobs with the state.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

ASAAG! You dog, you!

(719):

You can come over, sure. But I'll be watching college hockey during the blow job.

looking forward to meeting your lawyer. Don't forget that I'm federal. Did he take a step towards me? Hmm...;)

lady, if you want the honor of being graced with my presence, you know who you are cheering for today. ;)

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

Sorry SG, I am wearing the St. Cloud jersey up here in Green Bay. I did wear the Sioux jersey yesterday for the UND/RPI game. I can't cheer for a team today. Except for beer.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

Yum yum ihop!! Chicken fried steak and eggs!!!! Hmmmm hmmm

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

I'm cheering for the Sioux today. They stand a better chance of destroying Meeeechigan.

It's becoming a distant memory. :( There is a lot of hope for next year, but that depends a lot on Allen York not leaving.

Scarlet, of course I'll be in St Paul. I was going no matter what. I start the new job on april 11 so I can go. If anything Michigan making it is going to make my trip more complicated and might make it so I can't get my equipment there for the posters game.

I will cheer for injuries against Michigan.
You really care about the outcome of a sporting event enough to wish harm to people you've never met and who have done nothing to you?
Pathetic.
Michigan is banged up enough without anyone wishing them harm.

Re: Rep Retirement Thread 132: Easter Goodies

I'm with wT, while I hate Michigan, you don't wish that on a player. They're college kids for pete's sake. :)
