Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: What are you looking forward to in the offseason?

Morning. Happy free donut Friday!

Sposed to go to a party at the Chambers tonight. Not sure I care to though.

Going to Pittsburgh next week just for the weekend. Everytime I leave town, it ends up being nice here.

Good morning Lodge.

Sorry about the news Monster.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge: What are you looking forward to in the offseason?

Less action? Were you even paying attention?? I had friends/significant others/family members comment that meets were like a freaking 3 ring circus and they weren't sure where or what to watch.
/end vehement defense of my sport

Yikes. Sorry to hear that, Monster. :(
This and This. :(

Jr throws shot and discus - out in the boonies away from the other action. Dam boring, especially at middle school level where there are few kids who know what the hell they're doing. I'm trying to convince him to try some middle distance events so he'll be more involved with his other teammates and he doesn't invest all that time for 6 throws (three each event). He's running much better now then he did a couple years ago so he should be able to do something else.
If he is into hockey the distance running will give him a ton of stamina when he is playing.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! friday.

Woke up to a dream where they let me go from work claiming a two year internship program after all that I've done... Yeah... Thats what I want to be thinking before a root canal... Blinding rage.

That being said, guess I might as well let this cat out of the bag now....

Sorry to hear that, bigmrg. I hope it ends up being a good resolution for everybody.

I believe it's jogging or yogging. it might be a soft j. I'm not sure but apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

Yumpin' yimminy, it's a yogger!

i have risen

Now there's a thread with some potential!

Hi Lodge! Happy Friday!! It's payday too! First payday with the merit raise included!! W00t!!! And - I am leaving at 1:30 to partake in the 100th Anniversary festivities at the old ballyard this afternoon. Looking forward to that! I may actually have a beer. I don't know if they serve martinis at Fenway.....that's the kind of day I'm having.

It could be worse Hammer, trust me.....

Last week my father filed for divorce from my mom. Its been a long time coming, as they haven't gotten along at all for the past 10 plus years. Hell, the last time I can even recall them being in the same vehicle together was back during my graduation from GVSU in 2005. Dad pretty much sounds like he just wants out of here. he's looking for some place to stay at, and hopefully, they'll end up being mature enough adults that it will work out where mom gets to keep the farm here. Really hoping that's the case here now. Mostly right now its a waiting game while they figure out what they're doing next. I really doubt Dad is really going to contest for the farm here, biggest sticking point will be alimony I think, along with his retirement benefits which will be an issue in the very near future for him as I doubt that he's going to be able to work much longer for GM. Another round of buyouts and he just might jump on whatever offer they hand out I think.
Sorry to hear, Monster. :(

I get to stay!!! 94%!!! :)
Congrats!

Hahahahahaha. This makes me laugh so much.
It's a small world. Just sayin'.

I dyed my hair brown. And really like it. Maybe I'll stop acting less blonde. /joke

Since Bakunin is not around . . . do the drapes match the carpet? :p
