Well, we got the W but it was ugly, ugly, ugly. More scramble, pray and rely on the goalie.

One of our guys had a break away and scored. The goalie didn't play it well and I, unthinking, said, "well, he just undressed him." lilnsl didn't miss a beat. He replied, "I don't think you want to talk about undressing people and Penn State in the same sentence". More proof he is not a little kid any more.

As I predicted yesterday, to the *HT I go. Decent first period. Then two quick goals early in the 2nd and my boys never recovered. I’m already back in my hotel room. Didn’t bother going out. It’s cold out.

Tomorrow I have to go listen to Hilton try and sell me a time share. Going in my sweats. I’m actually curious to see what this is all about. It’s two hours long!

Tie dye for UAA but at least they got the shootout point.

It is gonna get real tiresome watching “questionable” calls go against UAA these next two seasons.

Afternoon, Lodge! Snow isn't as bad in the MSP area, did my usual brunch/corner store routine. One of the corner store employees gave me a gift card to the place I go to for brunch, because she never goes there. That was pretty cool (she got it as some sort of bonus at work). Tales of ribaldry were abound today, since it was dead, and only the Sunday regulars were there (and we all know each other).

Now it's time to settle in and watch an epic (in the true sense) while curled up on the couch.

And in case you were wondering, yes, there is a baby sitting right behind me. Who brings a baby on a 6am flight? To Las Vegas? That kid’s sleep schedule will be all messed up. And I’ll be paying for it. :mad:
