ALMOST walked out of work today. So sick of the doctor/boss thinking I'm his slave, he can treat me as poorly as he treats his wife, and that he can berate me constantly, then during my review tell me I'm awesome and the best employee he's ever had. Thank GOD I had an interview elsewhere last week, and a few other opportunities on the horizon. To put this in perspective, I was treated with more respect consistently at the four restaurants I've worked at.
Ugh. I think it's time to go to the driving range.

DHead Boss comes through!!!!! I asked to leave work today at 6 (normal 8 hour shift). Cool Boss (at 6) said no way, we're swamped. I ask about leaving at 6:30. He said he'd see. 6:30 comes around, there's little to do in my area, so Cool Boss sighed and checked with DHead Boss (which is his boss). DHead Boss said I could leave! F YEAH!
Can't wait for puck drop. Already have beer in hand.

Thank God for XM. Then my boss wanted to play 30 questions about everything BUT what I was trying to work on during the game. I was only focused on the game and that return, with that return running a distant second.
And yeah, I'm already resigned to the fate that awaits us on Saturday night. That's okay. I'm good with it. Teams like ours aren't supposed to be here in the first place.

Work sux. My laptop is black screening, blue screening and rebooting itself with no warning. I can't get it to consistantly work. I am days behind in my charting and no end in sight. I can't stay til 11 PM and even if I did that wouldn't be enough. (this is not an exageration.) It has a new hard drive and that did nothing. Waiting for ipad app to get new ones. I might not make it.
Oh and Hammmaaah!! Chocolate milk for you!
I can't quite make it to wanting the Goofers to lose. I am sick of them raving about the forgone conclusion that no one can beat the [genuflect here and put your forehad on the floor] Beagles. It is so obnoxious I don't care how they lose as long as I get to listen to the shock that they did.
