Morning Lodge.

I'm getting moved to a new building at work today. While it sucks that I will have to drive to work now, the new building is very nice, not dumpy like the one I sit in now.

Yeah, don't think I haven't forgotten your lack of attendance.

On a separate note, with all the F5 chatter, do you go to the games, or rather will you go - and this directed at all the Gopher fans here - if the Gophers don't make it?

Hey, has anyone heard from Nathan lately??

Well, personally, the Thursday night game is always a toss up, but I haven't missed it the last few years.

Friday's games are always a must.

Saturday I've missed out on unless the Gophers are there, but this year I'm sure I'll head to the Championship (night) game, and forget about the 3rd place game in the afternoon.

Sorta. He had some family stuff (birthdays or something) last weekend, so he couldn't join us to watch MN/SCSU.

brent: check yer rep :D

Well, if I have the day off, then anytime after 6. Otherwise make it 7:30.

DHead Boss hasn't let me know about my vacation request, despite me handing it in first thing Monday morning.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 99: You can get anything you want, at Fooper's Restaurant.

That's what the 3rd place game is for....well, that, or tailgating...:)
Is this where you play beer darts? That looks like fun.

You guys are KILLING me with this. In one year they're supposed to be shipping us back home, which is IN SAINT PAUL let me remind you. If you all make THIS year the big, everybody-goes-to-the-F5 year, I will be ticked. TICKED!
Excellent our plan is working

This. Every year it seems to win over more and more people. IIRC, I was the lone convert of F5 '09.
Well I have to say in my case geography has a great influence on it.

You lazy goober, you could've met him if you sacked up and went to DC like every other decent degenerate on the board did last year.
Were there pillow fights?

Beerdarts is ALWAYS being played at the tailgate. Usually there's a couple games going at once.

I have attended all 5 games of every Final Five i've been to the last 15 years. So it doesn't matter to me if the Gophers are playing.

Although I will occassionally leave early in the 3rd period if the game is boring.

Some tailgate fans prefer to skip games without their team playing to drink more. :D Which I am fine with also.

Good morning.
Why does it seem Saturn drivers are all idiots?

Hey - can you email me your daughter's name again? When my hard drive died, I lost all my saved emails. They've started shooting the show so I can email my brother, but I completely forgot her name. :o

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 99: You can get anything you want, at Fooper's Restaurant.

Good morning, Lodge. Time to get ready for my interview.

Good luck, Bob!!

Good luck, Bob!

Yes, les', it's quite the shítshow in there (particularly this season - or maybe I just have less tolerance for it this season). I peeked in when the thread started, but once the thread was climbing at 60+ posts in the time I was in class, I decided it wasn't worth it. Too bad... :(

Checking in from school. Got to school at 8:45 because I thought my class this morning was at 9...it's actually at 9:30 :o . Luckily, the school has an awesome campus center, so I'm just chilling and reading (well, soon) my Population Biology textbook (I'm weirdly motivated this time around, I think that's a good thing though).

Are you back at BU, or at another school?

Hey, has anyone heard from Nathan lately??

Yes, but on Twitter, not here.

Beerdarts is ALWAYS being played at the tailgate. Usually there's a couple games going at once.

I want to actually play that one of these days.

I'm not sure why I selected your post to quote......:o Um, hi? You going tomorrow night?

Hey, has anyone heard from Nathan lately??
Hi! I wasn't planning on it (another plan came up), but I decided to go to the game instead (since I've missed so many this season). So, in short, yes, I will be there.

Nathan has been a busy bee on Twitter.

I'm at the University of Massachusetts-Boston this time. I simply couldn't afford to take classes at BU this time around. The tuition (with expenses) has increased to almost 50K now and since I haven't even enrolled in a Master's program yet (I'm taking the prerequisite classes that I need to apply), the thought of tacking on that much more in tuition to what loans I already carry from my undergraduate time was a bit terrifying. I've lived in Massachusetts as a full-time, tax-paying resident for 3 years, so I get in-state tuition, which has helped greatly.

why is that?
I think he's referring to all the tolls along the various expressways.

Probably. But tolls are half price if you have an I-PASS.

And if not, she's only looking at roughly $4.50 in tolls (each way). I'm pretty sure F5 tickets aren't THAT cheap. It's not like it's the CCHA Championship. :p

The only way I can attend the F5 is if I take time off work (it's in the middle of a tour) - so I have no intention of attending, unless of course, you end up coming to town for it (you're kind of a big deal). :p

As for particular games, what Brent said pretty much applies. Thursday's is matchup dependent, Friday's are both essential, and ignore the 3rd place game on Saturday as the atmosphere is basically dead for that and people would rather tailgate instead.
