BPH - it wouldn't be a GAD. It'd just be red vodka... or maybe even just vodka in a red glass. Whatever it is, it must be red in honor of communism (and to have it served to you, you must refer to the bartender as "comrade").
The GLM drink would be dispensed from a special napalm nipple apparatus.
Oh, and all of the waitresses would be under 5'2" so the locals wouldn't suspect we're importing them (we would lie and say their accents are just highly localized fooper dialects).

A CTF-themed drink/entree/appetizer would have to be served by someone in a cop outfit, and the bill would be on something resembling a traffic ticket.
The MNS drink involved a floating brownie, IIRC.

Not cranberry. Just red vodka. No fake flavor. The color is the important thing here (and like I said, a red shot glass might be easier than coloring the drink itself, since that often converts drinks to GAD status).
Just so there are no lawsuits, I think if someone actually gets smacked with a brick, it should be a foam one - and definitely brown.
Also, whoever orders the 1000th (or whatever) MNS gets an autographed pair of the famous pants.

The Rusty Spork definitely needs a drink menu, though.

The Old Man Baldy: Your choice of whisk(e)y, served in a glass on the end of a fork.
The Midget: a kamizake, but it'll change flavor halfway through.
The Dustin: five Long Island pitchers and a stretcher.
The Twitch: a Long Alaskan, served with a Rocky Mountain Oyster and noodles.
