But speaking of balls, she has some to show her face (so to speak) in there.

I agree. Maybe she figured she'd be safe since bb_dl's either in New Orleans or is on his way back to Minneapolis.

And you could be taken many different ways, Puma. ;) :D

I pride myself in my pumaship! I was going to marry someone 4 years younger than me too, so I guess i have always been like this. But the current boyfriend certainly takes the cake in age seperation. ;)

:(

Word from my friend/computer nerd: "removing the virus from your laptop would be cost prohibitive".

It was time for a new computer anyway. Guess I'm shopping this week.

I have been there. It totally blows!!! Buy a Mac. That's what I should have done.

If you're not going to become a Mac whore, go with Asus. Quality stuff.

So, in the last 36 hours, I have found out that two different friends of mine from NMU's band are pregnant. I realize it's pretty common for people my age to start reproducing, but it still a bit shock inducing. Holy hell.

Only two? :p

(It is scary to see. Most of my female friends from high school are either married, close to it, or already have kids. Heck, quite a few people were knocked up by senior year. I knew an eighth grader who had bun number TWO in the oven.)

So now that I've properly recovered from my weekend (namely Saturday nite), I figured I'd give a Reader's Digest recap:

I meet up in Boston with an old co-worker from Foxboro who is trying to hook me up with her friend. We agreed to meet at Faneuil Hall. I end up having to run across Congress St, hop in her Jeep, and drive off like I'm a willing kidnapping victim, or some sort of drug dealer or soemthing.

We went to Jillian's (which sucked) then to some other Irish bar on Beacon St (can't remember the name of it) where we ended up hanging out for the remainder of the night.

Last Call comes around, I go to pay my tab. I'd had about 5 Jameson's, plus I bought drinks for Her Friend (who wasn't that great looking, but I didn't want to be an A-Hole) so it was quite a bit. Well, next thing I know I'm out on the street making out with some random chick I never met, and her roommate is yelling at her saying she needed to get back to the room before the building got locked. I ask her for her number, but first I check my phone to find out my friend texted me a half hour before saying to get my *** to the car or they were leaving me. So I assumed they left me, then asked this random girl to stay at her place, but the roommate wasn't entirely cool with it. (Why Women Suck: Reason #752)

I ended up taking a cab (possibly driven by Kimbo Slice) to The Garden, hoping to make the last train back to my truck. Nope, last train left an hour ago. I sat there for about half an hour until some guy threw me out of the Garden...I kinda felt bad, but I understood.

So I stumble around for a while trying to find Rte 28 to get myself to Medford, where I'd parked. Not happening, so I hail another cab, the guy drives me back there.

I sleep it off, because I'm in aboslutely NO shape to be driving at that point. Plus I'd slept in Wellington Station before, it's pretty safe, no weird people, right next to a State Police station. I woke up the next morning at 6, drove back to NH to be in at work for 7.

Interesting, to say the least, but I have a few lingering questions that haven't properly been answered:

1. How the hell did I meet "Random Girl," who upon further review isn't all that good-looking?

2. How did I lose my friends?

I went through my receipts and text/phone call histories extensively trying to piece it all together "Hangover"-style, and I'm still not satisfied. I think I need to talk to Random Girl to see what the hell happened.

At any rate, figured I'd share it here instead of the singles thread since it was way to bizaare to put there.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 99: You can get anything you want, at Fooper's Restaurant.

My wife and I got home earlier this evening from a terrific three day ski weekend. The wind--which is frequently a factor in Breckenridge--was holwing all weekend. Gusts of 50 mph and strong breezes during the course of most rides on lifts. Even with having to battle cold temps and the winds all weekend, the skiing was surprisingly good, especially in light of the fact that the winter has been quite dry in terms of snowfall.

Found some nice moguls on Doublejack and Cimmaron today. The American bumps were as good as always and Peerless and Gold King provided good lines as well.

We're back in town until midday Friday and then heading back to Ski Country for our second of three consecutive ski weekends. I hope everyone's week got off to a productive start. :)
