'diva, terrifying. At the age of 27, far too many of the people I knew in high school have reproduced, and thanks to facebook I'm learning about it. Like, when I see a picture of someone's 8 year old. The fun part is the difference between that and my college friends. I don't know which it speaks to more, my hometown or the type of people I became friends with in college.

I'm with you. These are just the newest announcements. So many of my former classmates and bandmates are popping out kids. You're right, it is terrifying.
And, putting it in perspective: my mom was my age when I was born.

Yet another similarity between wT and I.

The last year or so I have been finder (or more they are finding me) friends from HS. Especially the ones from Brockton, most of them didnt go to college (or maybe a 2 year college) and have between 2-4 kids. The ones that I know from school many are just starting to have kids, but many also have advanced degrees (MS, JD, PHD, etc etc).

Prob has something to do with the enviorments in which I knew these people.

Checking in after both classes. :) Books will be purchased tonight (as I refuse to pay racket prices at the bookstore). Reading and studying to begin tomorrow a.m. prior to class (have to buy one book at the bookstore and another I have to buy through an online source that will give us the first 20% while we wait for the book to arrive).

Successful day thus far.

I'm still at the stage where most of my college friends are just settling down. I don't talk to anyone (well, I talk to one person) from where I grew up, so I haven't had to deal with the baby stuff too much. Just a few via facebook. Weddings on the other hand are going to be the bane of my existence over the next few years. :mad:
