I have always been of the belief that the best nicknames are ones that the person hates. Anytime a friend of mine embraced a nickname, the rest of us would come up with a new one for him.

Pretty much. BrenthovenFanClub's nickname is Hot Karl (because he hates it). Gee, I wonder why. :D
