Oh I guess I would be now....weird.

Please no ripping of my clothes. Otherwise I am ok with that. I will need a new massage therapist.
Well, you don't want the monster then. He's just a masseur.

Anyone use an air card or USB modem? I'm looking to pick one up today for my netbook. We're spending the weekend at my mil in Duluth, and I want to be able to access the web while I'm there. I'm looking at the Verizon USB Modem for occasional web browsing. I don't have a card slot on my HP Mini Netbook, so I have to got with the USB modem unless someone has a better idea.

Morning, Lodge. Got a good run in today, I have a good lunch packed and ready to go for work, and I'm demoing coffee today. Today's going to be a great Friday.

He's 53 and his age finally caught up to him. . .

I just made 75 cucumber sandwiches. Half pumpernickel and half sourdough, all with garden veggie cream cheese for tomorrow's "grazing day". Trifle sounds better though :o

:p ;)

So FTB&G's dad is a young guy and he still hurt his shoulder?

Our pot-luck is today also. Since I'm

A) from Edina and
B) lazy

I brought a wheel of brie, some raspberry chipotle sauce and some fancy crackers. Took me 15 minutes to drive to Byerly's and pick it up. Another few minutes in the oven or microwave to soften the brie, pour the sauce over and serve. :)

Diva, I thought we had this settled for you already. I'm giving you beer in Detroit to bring you on board for RPI.

I already gave her beer (the 51oz Baltika No 9) this past weekend while on the recruitment trail, and got her a seat in the presidential suite. You have to be aggressive, man. B-E aggressive!!! :p

What fills in for the olive in that? A chocolate chip? Nothing?

If I was making it at home? Homemade marshmallows.

Morning kids. Frigid out there, but made it to the office. Have Frank queued up for the morning, crooning, "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas". :)

I suppose that it's now time for me to put up my Charlie Brown Xmas tree* and start listening to Xmas music. :o

*I have one of those 3-ft artificial trees. Kinda like it.

Now that my shopping is done and it's finally getting into the single digits, I'm getting into the Christmas spirit. I don't have a tree (or a menorah) at my place, but going up to NH this weekend where tcbg and I will decorate his tree. :) This is the first year I won't be home to help my family decorate their tree. :( But at least I'll be home in time to sneak some gifts under it before everyone wakes up!

Good morning!

If you drunk post from The Reef you will be my hero. :D:D

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 93: Midseason Excellence

Quiche takes too long. I let my wife make the quiche and I just eat the quiche. Didn't you see part "B) I'm lazy"? :p

So yer bringing some cheese with raspberry goo spilled all over it? Yeah, that'll be the hit of the party. Gonna be lucky if ya still have a job by sundown.

/full disclosure: I love baked brie. My wife and I order often when we go out to a restaurant\

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 93: Midseason Excellence

Seriously. One fan seeking new fanbase. Please?
I'd inivite you to ours, but I realize most NMU fans don't like Michigan. And we have UMichHockeyRulz (or whatever his name is). He doesn't seem to attack people too much, certainly not his own fanbase. We also offer threads that are easy to catch up on as only 4-5 people post in them, often with good hockey insight.

And then it comes down to if you want to be the best, and if you want to expect the best, be not hostile/abusive, and wear the real "M." MN wins in that case.
Minnesota ****ed up "M". You had to put "M" in quotes 'cause it's fake, it's a upside down W.

I was very tempted at the garage sale last year to buy a maroon practice jersey, just so I'd have it to wear to a gopher game and confuse people. It'd be Minnesota colors, but it would have an actual M on it.

Good morning lodge!

It has been a good day. Free doughnuts for engineering, because we're awesome, and an email from the president saying that we're awesome and that we're getting a merit pay increase next year! :D :D :D
Oh and it is 8.1 F out. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Heatwave here this morning. It got up to 6!
