Typed out the post for yesterday morning and never hit submit. :o Work today. This is bad. Vacation until next Friday. This is good.

Good morning! Hope everyone had a great day - the 15lbs of mashed potatoes were for ~25, for those of you (too lazy to go back and quite) keeping score at home. ;) Got a turkey carcass from my mom! We're gonna have some creamy turkey-wild rice soup for dinner Sunday while the Vikes put a hurtin on da bears.

morning Lodge. I need to go to the grocery store since I ate all the cranberries last night. :o I like making turkey sandwiches with stuffing, cranberries, and gravy. So tasty. :)

That's just fine, but it's still not a turkey sandwich. You do not need a fork to eat a sandwich. That's where I draw the line. It may taste awesome, but it's still not a sandwich.

Sitting at home watching high school football. State finals this weekend. Have hockey at 3 PM and 7 PM.

If you do it correctly (and it's not cheap bread), you don't need a fork. :D It'd work especially well if you're using lefse as the base, though to be fair that isn't a sandwich either.

I just had stuffing, turkey and cranberry relish on bread, didn't need a fork so I guess it was a turkey sandwich:cool: Pumpkin pie also, yummy

General rule of thumb: If it takes the form of a sandwich, and if you can pick it up and eat it with two hands, it's a sandwich. If you dump gravy all over the whole thing and need a fork, I don't care if you use a whole loaf of bread on the **** thing, it's not a sandwich. It might taste great, but still not a sandwich.

christ you're a pansy. I can eat it with two hands just fine. I don't throw gravy on the top of it. I throw it in the sandwich, much like mustard. I think you need to scrape the sand out, hammer. :D

You're doing it right when you: shop while you're in the store, check out and pay while you're at the register.
You're doing it wrong when you: grab stuff off the shelf, come to the register, and tell the cashier, "I don't know if I'm going to get all of this stuff, I just grabbed it in case I wanted it when I was checking out," and then proceed to take FIFTEEN MINUTES (hello, it's really busy) to decide if you want a tupperware set for $3.50, while there are people in line behind you.

Winner. Winner. Chicken ****ing dinner.

Again. If it tastes great, eat the ****er. Eat to your heart's content. Eat until you explode all over the wall. Just don't tell me it's a sandwich when you can't pick it up and eat it with your hands. And if there's bread involved and you can eat it with two hands, no silverware, and not make an unholy mess, well, it's probably a sandwich.

And on this note, someone else can do the poll. I've got to go get ice for the beer, and I've got a pair of hockey games to go to.
