got back from the subway system... went looking for a volleyball ended up with Yankee Candles... strange how that works... still looking for a volleyball.

Lil is off to the races dressed like a hockey fan with face paint. Original:rolleyes: It is always quiet as a morgue in our neighborhood for Halloween. All the kids truck out to various relatives.

Halloween on a weekend night means mom and dad will run through about 10 bags of candy... I'll call tomorrow to find out the final toll... enjoy the quiet :)

That was your mistake right there. You shouldn't have gone into Yankee Candle looking for a volleyball.

to be fair they did have a volleyball scent... ok, I made that part up... but they seemed to have everything else... god only know what their deerfield location is like.

I wanted to try some candles at some point as a way of adding a classier touch. Some scents almost burned my nostrils... christ do they have some strong stuff.

Just got home. Buzz Lightyear and Woody made a nice haul on the treats.

I am quite sure that for the next couple hours I will be busy handing out candy. Our place tends to get quite busy. I purchased about $75.00 worth of sugar this year. As I hand out the treats I will be keeping a watchful eye on the Wild and the Gopher football game.

So you ate lots of pork last night and are now suffering from a bad case of tricky noses? Yeah, I'd cure that with a bombardment of high sugar intake. :D

My reference to pork earlier was a little humor towards H1N1.
