I'm staring a boring night directly in the teeth too. I am going to watch the Twins continue their march to the World Series and probably start drinking at some point. I wouldn't mind going out to a bar somewhere, but I'm not going alone.

Well, I'll be at home, but I won't be bored. Probably will watch some Twins baseball, then watch one or two of the movies I have out from Netflix (Gran Turino, Blood Diamond, or Burn After Reading).

Burn After Reading should be called Burn After Watching, I thought it was awful. The other 2 are very good though, especially Gran Torino. Gran Torino should have won best picture last year.

No reason to watch the Twins tonight. When Delmon Young is hitting grand slams, it is just meant to be.

Evening, Lodge. Got a new pair of shoes on order, and I've announced to my parents that I intend to move out no later than March 1. Only took about 3 years longer than I anticipated, but it will finally happen.

I'm planning on being out of my folks' house next spring, depending on work and relationship, but mostly on finances.

Don't get me wrong as every family (including mine) has issues in some form or another but cripes these people have made me scrtach my head and say "what the?" on a regular basis.

Like the time I offered to take her family to a resort in Ely for a week on my dime. Within a week or so of me telling them all they did was biatch about this and that. Fine. Trip cancelled.

Or the time they all went to Alaska for two weeks. Me and Mrs. g couldn't go because she was pregnant with little gII. mil and fil stated that since we couldn't go that they would give us cash for what they would have spent on me, Mrs. g and little g. They gave us a check for $25.00.

Those examples are tame compared to the other crap that has gone on.

Hey everyone.
Internet isn't working here and I have no clue how to fix it, so I'm out of luck until shirtless guy gets home. So I'm just sitting around watching tv.

That is convenient. I think I will be looking for a roommate at about the same time, since I am hoping to buy a house and will probably have open rooms ;)
