Only $10? Good to know--I need to invest in a pair of (relatively) cheap glasses. It's for a Halloween idea, not for vision purposes.

If they're the glasses I'm thinking of, they're miniaturized and they look ridiculous.

Buy a $10 pair of sunglasses at Wal-Mart and punch out the lenses.

A good friend of mine lost his 15 year old son on Friday due to suicide. Wow and holy shiat! :(

I have no idea what to say to him. It is hard enough to lose a child but a suicide takes things to an entirely different level.
:( Nothing to say except you are sorry they have to go through it.

Yeah that sucks more then I even want to imagine.

Over the weekend a friend of mine lost his one year old daughter after his girlfriend left the baby in the car for three hours in Texas.

What are you suppose to say about something like that.
Holy doodoo. What an awful situation for everyone.:(

I'm sure he wouldn't mind, as long as you give him a hand-job under the table. Just warn him not to aim for your dad's shoes.
Wouldn't she be in control of the aim (I can't believe I posted that)
And on the plus side, her dad's blind so he'd just think he dropped something off his fork. ;)
I just laughed so loud L'il wanted to know why. I obvoiously could not explain:eek: :D

Yet ANOTHER afternoon thunderstorm in 307.

I'm getting the gas cans and the PK ditty ready again.

The lenses are about a quarter-inch tall and meant for reading one line at a time. They're designed to fit in a case about the size of a test tube.

I've seen those and no, these glasses are not like that. In fact, the huge display didn't have one pair like that. This display had all different frames in colors and styles.

George Clooney had a stand at the fair?

Wait...what?

You should all be pleased to know that my car did not explode at all today.

Of course, that says nothing for every other day I have to drive it, but I'll be sure to let you know when and if life imitates art. :p

You do know that not every pair of glasses that Walmart sells is like that.

Besides, those sort of glasses probably would look great for a slutty schoolteacher outfit. Just sayin'.

We could fix that if you want...?

Yay, I got the afternoon of Oct 16th off!!!!!! I'm so stoked. Why, you ask? Well, that is when MN plays the UND Flickertails, and MNS and I (and whoever else would like to join) are probably headed down to Senser's in Bloomington for the game.

And you locals may ask, "Well, isn't that the Sioux bar?" Why, yes it is. What a coincidence. :D :D :D

It's their original name, actually. And I don't cause trouble. It just kinda happens when I'm around. And for the record, I want them to keep the Sioux name.

I want them to change to the fighting pioux.

Imagine the logo for that one.
