Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 81: Trickle-Down Lodganomics

I'm thinking about sucking down a bunch of alcohol tonight

I've been not drinking on weekdays as part of my "get in shape for hunting season" program.
Today's not a weekday.
In addition to not a weekday, it's our 17th wedding anniversary, so we're heading to Sunsets in Wayzata on beautiful Lake Minnetonka for dinner and drinks. :)

Went to see District 9 today. Was a decent movie. A lot of action and an interesting ending.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 81: Trickle-Down Lodganomics

It was hot, hot, hot on the golf course today. Gorgeous day, but not a breath of cooling wind more than two or three times the whole round.

If I'd been able to putt today I'd have been four or five shots better than I was. Only made three putts outside of ten feet all day. Didn't have my best day of the tee either, but my iron play was exceptionally good, and as a result, I hit plenty of greens in regulation. Just couldn't drop the putts. Wound up at eight over par for the day....80.

Time for a shower, a cool beverage, dinner and a ball game on the tube. Enjoy your evening LODGEONIANS. :)

I REALLY want to see this.

Evening, Lodge. Good day at work, lots of visitors, including one particularly fearless (not rabid-looking or mangy) fox that walked about 2 feet from me

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 81: Trickle-Down Lodganomics

I missed you. We were up in 231 and wandering around. Also stopped at Ridder to watch a AAA '95 tourney game.

Ummmm, I miss you too. ;)
We were in 108, my sister-in-law is splitting tickets and gave today's to us. One word: Wow!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 81: Trickle-Down Lodganomics

Evening, Lodge!

Went for a 16 mile run this morning, had a great day at work, and ate a pretty good sandwich for lunch today. Only thing that would make this day even better is a great night's sleep.
