Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 78: The Rep Lodge Yacht club.

*sigh* I'm hoping that changing from the B-line (green) to the blue line will alleviate some issues...

Of course it is! :p

Horray....I am stepping up the city job search, I am hoping to be a red line resident myself by the beginning of next year.

I doubt that, I'm a Mainer, check out who has the most guns per capita:D
Number 1 in spuds and guns?????

Last I knew it was No Dakota #1 and Maine #2 in guns per capita. Maine is becoming less of a hunting state though.

If you drive into Ashland, a town in north western Maine on Rte 11, you come to a town park which has a large sign stating no guns allowed in park:p , always cracks me up.

If my brain wasnt so tired I could come up with other funny signs....but right now I am resting on my reputation as a funny person, and hoping that maybe someone will laugh at the thought of my going on and on about how I am funny, with out actually writing anything funny.

Nice! South of the city or north?
We'll have to have dinner at my new place once I'm settled (I'm on the beach!) :)

Edward is being particularly adorable. He's stretched out in the window sill with every inch possible touching the cool sill. Poor guy, it's hot out. :(

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 78: The Rep Lodge Yacht club.

Going back to the dinner convo from before, I had a Davanni's frozen deep dish. It turns out that corporate owned Cub Foods stores sell them. I don't know why only the corporate owned stores, but the two franchised locations near me don't carry them, only the corporate one in DT Apple Valley (don't laugh...too much). And the pies are awesome.

I may or may not have drank enough tonight to qualify as drunk. In my defense, birthday week has begun, and I am back to full lightweight status.

Man, I remember that thing. Moonwalker in the arcade was also amazing, on Genesis not so much - just look up the Angry Video Game nerd video on that one.

I loved the song Smooth Criminal. Loved it. And the game was so much better. :o

Man. Thanks to wiki-walking, I looked up Street Fighter II, and now I remember the hours I played that game at tUMD, and the only guy who could beat me (and everyone else) on a regular basis was the guy who used the stretchy Indian (dots) guy (he knew the teleportation move, and kept it a secret).

Other than that, it was a pretty even playing field with the group that was there a lot (using winner stays, loser pays method, such as in pool/billiards).

That's a pretty poor secret since a lot of those machines put the moves right on them. :D

The Indian (feather) guy in the SFII(CE) was brutal to use, he was the Indian Zangief.
