Awesome. One of our temporary technicians took home a correlated nuke gauge that is needed for a job tomorrow. He hasn't had work in two days (nor is he on the schedule for tomorrow), and no reason to keep the nuke in the back of his truck. :rolleyes:

I recommend reading the translation, or watch the movie version (The Blues Brothers) with Aykroyd & Belushi. It is AWESOME.

Well, because Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is evidently staffed by NMU graduates and never received my cancellation notice (or chose to ignore it,) I get to take time out of my day tomorrow to play with their lovely voice-activated phone system to make sure they received said notice.

For a graduate of a tech school, I sure am a Luddite.

Can I just wake up and have it be 3pm Saturday? I do not feel like dealing with the music festival at the park this weekend. I thought hippies were supposed to be all peace and love and chilling out, not p155y because our park doesn't have wi-fi and they can't park 2394803294 campers and 2423425234 cars on a site.

Tell them to quit *****ing, suck it up and get a cellular broadband card if they want it that much.

In other news, eff this school project for my internship. Talk about way beyond overboard. Also, looks like our unload is going slow, and we'll be delayed a few hours, so probably not leaving until 3 or 4 in the morning... gonna be a long night.

I prefer to use cord wood over RPI graduates... but there's always that allure of an expensive good burning fire... and fires that scream... I miss that from my youth.

Sure. Step 1: Drink a Smirnoff Twist. Step 2: Drink a full bottle of Smirnoff flavored vodka. Step 3: Make sure Flashy Man is there to take care of you. Step 4: Post a lot. Step 5: Hope the hospital is within a 5 minute drive :eek:

(and this happened to one of my friends, minus Flashy Man being there and needing to go to the hospital)

actually, that's cool... I don't think I could ever count on my mother to come up with something devious... I'm more likely to get something that's uselessly practical like a chip clip magnet.

Just get some aerosol cans with CFC's in 'em. It's a known hippie repellant. Stand right outside the gate, and use at will.

I thought we were hunting faux-hippies? One should always keep a genuine hippieslayer in the trunk... specifically I recommend the ones provided by Sam Bat... nothing like the crack of a skull on a maple bat.
