But did it make the ONNNNN TONNNNNN A GONNNNNNN newspaper?
Congrats! 6 minute K's, I assume that's good?
When I first started looking at majors/scheduling classes, I saw a way for me to get out in 3 years (with summers, etc.)
I sadly realized that then I would be only 20 when I graduated, and furthermore could not do Senior Walk.
Good Morning Lodge
seriously, why would you want to leave college at the age of 20?
Was Alaska worth the price of admission?
I think we stopped at a few non-traditional places, including any friends' houses that were along the way. Started off at the Library, so we could get it done before they got ****y. Drove over to the Monte Carlo, hit every bar plus Gemignani's, Shottle Bop, 2 friends' houses. Then we got a ride out to Schmidt's Corner for a drink and on our way back we stopped at Applebee's for drinks and appetizers. We started back at the DT and did the bars in Houghton, but didn't go to any of the frats or Jim's. Definitely a great night.Meh, Senior Walk gives you a ton of time to drink if you're just stopping at bars. The real pros are the ones who stop at the nontraditional places, like restaurants, the liquor stores on the way (two of them), and the frat houses... you could easily get over 20 drinks in a few hours that way
Was Alaska worth the price of admission?
Definitely.
The trip was terrific. Not a drop of rain the entire time. The locals I spoke with from Fairbanks to Ketchikan all said it was the nicest stretch of consecutive days of weather they'd had in nearly four years.
You were right. Visiting Alaska and seeing the vast expanses of mountain ranges, ocean and wilderness is humbling. Visiting the Yukon was my personal highlight.
Lucky sob.
Get enough to eat on the ship?
The only day we had sun on our cruise was when we went sea kayaking. The day before the ocean had 10 - 15 foot swells. (Something I was excited to kayak in but not the Mrs.) The day we went the ocean was calm. Calm as in glass. The pics I took with the ocean as glass and the mountains in the background with their reflection on the water was awesome.
Done and replied. Slept in NH last night.Ewe, check your google mail
Speaking as someone who enrolled in the 7 year Med. School program at BU initially as a Biochemistry/Molecular Biology major (would have graduated "college" at 20 and med school at 23), you're better off not killing yourself to get college done as quickly as possible. You're going to be spending the rest of your life (well, at least a good chunk of it, in the working world, you might as well enjoy college, a time when life is easier. The real world will still be there after 4 years. When I first started looking at majors/scheduling classes, I saw a way for me to get out in 3 years (with summers, etc.)
