Mornin Lodge! Hoping for a great day today, first real day off since bando's wedding and I got tickets to the Cubs/Braves game (my 2 favorite teams in 1 park *insert girly squeal here*). Now I just gotta get through the morning like a kid early Christmas morning. (Yes I've been here for this long and have never made it to Wrigley so it's my first Cubs game too)

It's in the 70's and mostly sunny. I am indoors and really should work lat. (and if I ever do get home, it's supposed to be laundry night...but that can be delayed a few days to enjoy this gorgeous day).

Twitch at noon today: "Wow, it's a beautiful sunny day! I think when I get off work at 3:30 I'll go for a nice relaxing run. It's fun, it's a great way to unwind from work, I get to play with my new iPod Touch, and Lord knows I could stand to lose about 10 pounds. Heck, if I do it enough maybe I can head down to Denver and join Sloe Gin and Quiz on one of their 5K's some time. What a winning idea!"

So it looks like I won't have to travel to China by myself. I'll get to travel with an annoying and idiotic co-worker, but I won't be alone, so I'm happy.

The annoying idiotic co-worker kept telling me how he was jealous that I was going to China and how much he wanted to go. Now that he's probably going, he's changed his tune and is complaining about missing out on a week as a soccer ref (he committed to this month or something). I then went through my list of things I'd be missing and got him to shut up.

Anyway, looks like another China trip for me is definitly happening and my plane ticket will probably be purchased by the end of the week.

Beats going alone I guess. Just that week without bacon, thats going to suck.
