Chocolate Milk, Lemon drop martinis and Maaaagariitahs. No beer. Hey there stranger! If you wear that outfit into the Lodge, someone will say, "Where's the poll?"
So the Lodge lives on? Amazing -- I'm proud of all y'all. Hello; Merry Christmas; Happy New Year; and have a great <insert holiday name here> for whatever else comes and goes before I get back in here. You go into most long-living threads on the internet, and there are a bunch of posters that you don't know. But the Rep Lodge is rather unique, in that it doesn't really attract a lot of new followers. Ralph is about the only one who I see in a hockey forum, but I see Brent posting on GPL. Lewis and 'Trumpet are the others that I remember as dating back to the earliest days of organized repping.
Thanks for letting me stop in. A cold beer is about the only thing that would have improved the visit.
PCP. NOT the insurance company as they will tell you he can see people but it will turn out they aren't in network, only on insurance list. There are a couple of really excellent back guys local. Used to be in Boston but were poached to here. I would see either in a flash (have seen one already. mr les refers to both all the time). VERY good. Couple of not so good ones. PM me on FB if you want names. Unless the PCP has privileges in the Rehab your Dad probably has the staff Provider (like hospitalist in hospitals) who writes orders. The first thing anyone is going to say is to do some PT/rehab before they decide the next course of action so you are probably ahead of the game. This goes for things that might need further intervention too as the rehabing helps outcome for any course of action to be more successful.Hi Lodge. Going to try and hit the mall this morning to finish up some shopping and head back up to the rehab to see my dad. He starts PT today. Yesterday was not a good day. Started OK. But he really started to be in pain as the day went on. Didn't help matters when the rehab screwed up his dinner order because he changed rooms. GAH!! I hope today is a better day. It was really hard seeing him like that last night.
We really need to find a back specialist. I guess we would start with his PCP? Or maybe call their insurance company? I'm feeling really stressed right now. I don't know how to proceed. Rehab will hopefully help a bit but I can't see he will be I any shape to come home soon. They're not miracle workers. I'm trying to remain calm to see how he does over the next two to three days. I have a feeling we won't be able to do anything till after Christmas. And to top things off, I'm coming down with a cold.
Calgon, take me away!!
I never venture there, and even on GPL, I only see you when you comment on Gopher women. So you may see a post or three once in a while on the D1 side.
Hey! I hope those three aren't being combined into one? I think I'll bring my own beer ...Chocolate Milk, Lemon drop martinis and Maaaagariitahs. No beer. Hey there stranger!
Spam emotes now chat!Where are my manners.

Sun is out now, Ralph.

Yes, I know.
At lunch time, which for me was about 11 AM, I was debating whether I should go out bike riding. I couldn't decide whether it was worth the trouble to change, put air in my bike tires, etc. As I was debating I entered my building and spoke to the concierge. She said it would rain again soon, so I didn't go. She was wrong.
It's raining again.
About to pour in Carroll County, MD where I am supposed to be hanging drywall.
WCHA territory, both former and current, has always had a good supply of beer drinkers. My beer consumption these days is usually one or two, so I tend to drink more sophisticated, though not diverse.Brent and I always have cold beer. Brent’s beers are just more sophisticated and a much wider array of choices.
THat would be nice if anyone would say what they might like. I hate buying things that people won't use or don't want.Afternoon y’all. A few hours until I’m off until January 2. Excited for that.
Really getting ramped up here at the new job now, have a lot of the training foundation taken care of, so its been nice meeting cairn clients again.
I usually am on D1 fairly regularly, but pretty much the WCHA and MSU thread only.
Also, I get all of my shopping done before thanksgiving generally — I don’t like dealing with the rat race. Wrapping, on the other hand....

Before you decide to do anything wait a bit. They probably will have a fam mtg with the whole team and they will be able to make suggestions about what is the best course of action. Much better to let them take the lead. If you start doing stuff it may put a spoke int he wheels when they are planning the best course. They have no motivation to keep anyone long. If the person doesn't meet certain measures they don't get paid. (Unsolicited advice. Sorry!)
