one of mookie's colleagues is from Belfast. mookie was saying how his school is playing in Belfast this weekend. colleague pulls out his phone and said "a mate of mine sent me a picture of a game he went to last night..."
sure 'nuff, the terriors were standing at the blue line awaiting anthems :)

Good morning from Dublin Airport. At the gate waiting to board my flight home. I’m very happy to be headed home. My right ankle is hurting me again. Not happy about that. I thought the shuttle bus from the hotel was going to drop me off where I picked it up, which was past Terminal One and I fly out of Terminal Two. So I got up extra early to account for a potential long walk but thankfully he did stop at Terminal Two. Only 20-25 minutes total to get through customs. Not bad.

Eh, I don't think so. I actually got 4 hours of decent sleep between MSP and CDG. I don't get any sleep in economy when I go trans-Atlantic. So, it did help me tremendously. With that said, I wouldn't spend the money for personal travel, may use miles though.

Went to a CSKA Moscow hockey game last night. Got there late because the taxi driver took me to their old arena. The guy was clueless. So I just got out and booked Russia's version of Uber to take me the rest of the way. It was good hockey, highly skilled, and near to NHL level as I have seen.

It took nearly 3 days, but I have finally landed in Tyumen. It is my kind of weather here.
