Bananas Foster French Toast and the Blueberry Rhubarb Cobbler look like the best of the new sweets this year. As for the real foods, they're not all that inspiring, but a few of them look good.

Good afternoon Lodge!
No real 'Fair' action here seems to compare to the 'Fair' out there
12 days. Are you even Minnesotan? The only fair that tops MN's attendance is the TX state fair. The difference? Theirs goes for a month, and we only go for 10 days.
I received an unknown amount of money from Mr Faiez Ashi Farah. I will use the average to date. The total is now $783,678,498.04.

Fair was fun. Didn't seek out, or try any new foods. Figure I'll find some Saturday. Schell's Two to Tango, Three to Mango Starkellar beer was outrageously good though.
I was surprised at how light the crowd was when I arrived around 6PM last night. We were there until around 9:30, would've stayed longer if we both didn't work today. I'll be back on Sunday, and ready to eat the fun stuff.
Just went and had my faulty Seadoo trailer swapped out for a brand new one. Hopefully this one doesn't decide it wants to be affiliated with Thrifty.
That's pretty much exactly when we were there yesterday. Wasn't too busy.
Record opening day, from what I read. Must have been hit early. Tomorrow looks perfect. Gonna get my eats on, for sure.
