Well, my chest pain is as I expected. Guess I didn't need to spend the couple hundred dollars to go to the doctor. Torn cartilage between my ribs and sternum, that is now inflamed. Nothing they can do, have to live with it the rest of my life. Probably won't be able to swing a golf club again without pain. But, its ok, at least I'm not a Michigan alum.

Home improvement type of question for you all - one of the lights on my chandelier in my dining room (and before you all make fun...it's nothing fancy) was out, so I got a replacement bulb and when I screwed it in, it did not light up. Unsure if the new bulb was dead, I screwed it into another whatever it is you call it that you screw in a light bulb and it worked. I then took one of the light bulbs and screwed it into the one that wasn't working and it didn't work. So, it's the socket (ah! that's that you call it!!) that apparently doesn't work. Is it better just to buy a brand new light fixture rather than have an electrician come in to see what's wrong with that socket?

I’d look at some light fixtures before you make the call to the electrician, see what you like, pricing, etc. and then weigh your options from there.

Wahoo! My jury duty tomorrow was cancelled!! I was scheduled to go up to Lowell for it and was going to stay at my parents' place. Now I don't have to. It was not the best time to be out of the office anyway.
