Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #192: What DO you do, with a BA in English?
It dripped through the ceiling. Their balcony is above mine so it's covered. Water dripped all over the railing and onto the floor. It doesn't get very wet at all when it rains since it's covered. The issue is these people think once they're outside their sliding doors they're in their own private yard. The wife had the two kids in a little pool on the balcony back in April and they were splashing around and pouring water all on my balcony. And you shouldn't have anything with that kind of weight on the balcony. Then add the cigarette ashes and lit embers landing on my balcony from flicking lit cigarettes over their railing....I'm just a little sick of them not realizing they live in a building and not a house.
How does water dripping, in an area that is exposed to rain, causing damage? Is your balcony indoors?
