So, yeah, THAT happened!! I can't even claim Opposite Girl powers. Well, I could. Still stunned. As soon as UND scored, I got up, put my coat on, sneered at my ******* friend "Have a nice time in Fargo" and headed for the door. Saw they were reviewing but decided to not wait, because why should I?? [These never go BU's way. Got to the T stop, was following on Twitter, saw the goal was overturned. Do I go back? The train hasn't come. Hmmm. No. Why? ND will probably score before I get back there.
Got on the train, followed a bit on Twitter. Checked out other threads here. La la la la la not paying attention, didn't answer any texts. Saw 1st OT ended and BU didn't have any shots. Yeah, that's not a good sign. Walked home. Got my mail. Got in my place. Took my time. Plugged my phones in, removed my boots, put my comfy slippers on, turned on the TV, saw them reviewing a potential BU goal...um, huh? Grabbed my iPad, and before I could do anything, BU scored!! I fully believe that had I stayed to see the result of that review, the goal would not have been overturned and no one can tell me any different!!,
Not sure what to do tomorrow. My oldest friend who I went kindergarten thru BU with texted me and asked if I wanted to go to her house to watch. I may do that. Then my friends I was at Ts with said they're doing another watch party. But yeah, tonight's didn't work out so well. I also may sit here on my couch. Because, unless the Duluth-OSU also goes to OT, I don't see how they make it through that game alive. I hope to God they gave each player a couple of gallons of water and sent them all to bed.
Shoulder/neck is sore, sitting here with heating pad on, watching the Duluth-OSU game.
