Have not flipped over the birdbath yet this year. No ice on the pond for quite a while. It is snowing though.

I left out a big pot saucer on the birdbath stand. First time I had anything out in the winter. It has been very popular.

Baking frenzie. Chocolate Chip Cookies for a meet tomorrow. Brownies for lil's BD in a few days. He did not want a cake. I won't even see him on his BD :( Didn't last yr either. Has 5 classes and then work on his BD this yr.

The president of the little company I work for is a Fighting Whioux fan and he has booked a flight for he and his Peewee aged son for today. Don't know if they found a room or what. I did not tell him I'd be rooting for QC.

You are rooting for him and respecting his dedication to being a good parent. After all it is important for every parent to show how to lose with grace?

I was really impressed with the hostile and abusive fan base last night. They probably had close to 75% of the crowd for the 2nd game it seemed (probably realistically a bit less then that, but the lower bowl was a sea of green.)

Going down to Estero tonight for the ECHL game between the Everblades and Solar Bears. Can't bring myself to go to the Q/A sesh with Brainless Barry, and BucciCool (although, in a plot twist, I'd love to wear a SLU jersey and shake Rand's hand ;)). Hobey ceremony would be neat, but not much intrigue with who should win.

Crazy weather today. Blizzard-like conditions in the morning, got an inch or two. Then it was bright and sunny, then more snow, then sunny, then snow, then sunny. And now the snow is almost all gone.
