Be ready for the 25 deg temp drop that's coming after the cold front moves through. 65 last night at 7pm todays high is 50, was 40 deg when I got to work at 7am

That happened here yesterday. Warm at lunch, then about 5pm I stepped outside and just about became a eunuch.

I'm not as good at the buffet as I used to be. Only a 60 minute visit, eating about 1 large pizza.

Yeah. Given how this day started and everything that transpired, I should have made my reservation at the *HT early. I knew this game was going to be a ****ing disaster.

At least I had a bunch of scotch. The tasting/seminar was pretty fun. It was put on by an independent bottler (they buy the plain unaged whiskey from distilleries and bottle/age it themselves in various barrels/ways). The 42YO lived up to the hype. Man, that was good.

Got good news at work today. I received 30 points that were taken away due to poor quality given back after I disputed the errors a week ago. People thought I was nuts to do so when my average still would have been above 99%, but screw that. I didn't screw up, so I'll not letting anyone think I did.

Also was told that I am owning the trades line already. People rarely don't eff a lot of those up when they just get on that line. I've only had to make one call back in my first four weeks, and that was just clarification. I keyed it correctly. :)

Scarlet will appreciate this, flying to Fla today, kid behind me in car seat is kicking my seat back. Plus my guess would be he'll be crying any time now.

Good Morning everyone. Made my first 2 batches of Pepparkauka dough today. Doing a cookie making activity for the Church middle school group tomorrow. They are learning how to roll and bake the favorite church cookie so they can sell them at the church fair. Should be interesting!

the other batch is going into the freezer. Now Lil is out of the house I have to do all the baking by myself. If I don't start making the dough now I can't get it all done.
