If you're on Twitter give @PGDougSchneider - he basically tweets highlights from the scanner during gb home games and it's especially entertaining during a night game.

"One of the males that was ejected is passed out now, vomiting and dirtying himself." #scannersquawk #mnf #kcvsgb Here. We. Go.

Last week was good but this one is shaping up to be a better game, it's gold! :D

Yo.

Work continues to slowly revert back to ALL THE OT, but at least we have two new hires that started today. That should help. And frankly, I don't mind a little OT, as long as it isn't on Fridays, with the hockey season coming up.

Uh oh. The boss got something about that....now I'm effin nervous. :)
I'm surprised she isn't working on it...the communication I got has me as a member of the Class of '78. I was -3.

I'd hate to think I wasted 2 days of vacation this weekend to go to the wrong reunion.:p

Morning.

Rainy week forecasted. Nothing exciting going on either. Move still in a holding pattern.

Good Morning Lodge.

Aren't muppets Mammals? I only know of one mammal that lays eggs, and I don't have a platypus.
So no.
:D
Some yes, but some no, some undetermined. There used to be a bunch of muppet chickens that someone (Gonzo?) had an unhealthy obsession for.

Whew, I'm safe from LwB as my name is not in her part of the alphabet.

So I take it MNS won't be coming back for Homecoming this week?

Good morning Lodge. It's Tuesday. I'm exhausted . New people moved in upstairs and one unit over. Four Indian med students in a two bedroom. I've been woken up three times by them speaking/laughing loudly out on their balcony. I sent a second email, this time at 12:15am, to the condo association. I hope they get fined. This is getting ridiculous. I thought med students needed to study.

Maybe out on the ledge sending smoke signals home??

Scarlets condo horror stories have ensured I'll never buy one! Sounds like dorm living .

That's a great point. I wonder if there is something really dysfunctional about her building/association/management firm. One of my former bosses loved living in a high rise condo in downtown Mpls. He never seemed to encounter the kind of issues that Scarlet has seen. I guess I just don't know enough condo owners to judge.

Personally I could see townhouse living for me and Mrs goldy after we are empty nesters. I wouldn't miss mowing grass and shoveling snow.

ETA: a little research:
But according to independent research conducted for the CAI by IBOPE Zogby International, seven out of 10 people who live under owner associations are happy with their communities. Only 8 percent expresses some level of discontent, while 22 percent were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. The survey was taken in 2012, and the result is strikingly similar to studies by Zogby in 2005, 2007 and again in 2009.

Part of the problem seems to be that as the original tenants age out, people are buying the units and renting them. There are a lot of ethnic people now living in the building. Need to nip this issue with these guys in the bud quickly.
