Good evening Lodge.

Short work week coming up. Wednesday after work I am heading up north for four nights of camping.

I hope it's cold. I have all the gear to deal with anything Mother Nature throws at me. Plus, I have a wood stove in the tent. Can't wait to fire that thing up.

Also, I have a goose down air mattress. The mattress is not only super comfortable to sleep on but it also has a R value to keep me warm. I use a cot and I also have a kick azz sleeping bag. I could definitely sleep in the tent without the need for heat. However, nothing wrong with waking up with indoor temp between 60-70 degrees while it is 30 or so degrees outside. :)

HHT sort of. the administration of our school has forgotten we have been D I for 30+ yrs because the rest of the sports have switched to Di. They decided we need a fight song which Lil described as 'really stupid'. He is right. Kills all the cheers that come after a goal. People are up in arms. Twitter, YikYak, our thread all nuts. There were people running around the rink trying to sell different strategies to circumvent. Our admin are dumber than a box of really dull pencils. How they have ever risen this far is a bafflement. Next week with a full house should be an absolute fiasco with most of the crowd trying to do what we usually do and the band trying to do what admin wants. Who boy.

That sounds like SCSU a few years ago (10, maybe), except that SCSU's admin was able to fool the student body by getting some kids to make the Dog Pound (student section) into a student organization. Then the admin had some say in certain things.

Imagine that, SCSU students were outwitted! Who woulda thunk?

I was actually trying to prep for #OppositeGirl part 2. I tweeted something similar and then the Pats scored 14 points in, like, 42 seconds. Go me! Then Cincinnati scored a little later so I got a little worried.

Great start to the week. Bad commute on the Orange Line. Disabled train plus a medical emergency, packed train, MBTA says train is coming in 5 minutes but doesn't show up till 9 minutes later totally packed. Got to my office and the badge readers are out of service so I can't get in. Had to go find an unlocked door. It's almost like it's a Tuesday!!!
