You know its cold when the water in your water bottle is colder at the end than it was at the start of a 10 mile run.
Fun weekend doing the TC 10k and 5k yesterday and then running the TC 10 mile race this morning.

Hot water heater in my apartment building broke sometime early this morning. Repair crew has been pounding away in the basement since 8:30, still no fix.

5 of us at OC today, I basically got to choose all the games on the tvs, as well as which game had sound. Later on, some Orioles fans walked in, asked if they could switch the PIT-JAX game to the O's game. We were about to say yes, but then they offered to buy a round (and they knew we weren't drinking Miller Lite crap, a round probably cost about $25-$30). We EMPHATICALLY said "Change the TV!" :D

Win.

I was gonna say, I think a 2 hour drive can take you from South Carolina to Maine!

I was thinking more the lines of 1.5 to 2hrs out and then back. I haven't done that in so long... the only time i drove for the sake of driving is when I needed to get out of the house and do something... anything, in the most awful way.

Since I have a car, I need a trip... not a long one... will try the 8hrs at christmas (for the record, boston to dc = dc to charlotte)
