Good morning Lodge.

Crepes, locally harvested maple syrup, mixed fruit, bacon, juice and coffee have been served for breakfast.

The plan is to play in the water all day..............

Good Morning Lodge.

Goldy Jr is 17 today. Doesn't seem possible. Somehow has more impact on me than 16 did, 16 feels like he's still kind of a kid while 17 seems like he should be considered a young adult.

Local TV station weather guessers have declared today a Top 10 weather day. Low dewpoint, clear skies, high of 78, pretty nice day out.
Happy Birthday to Jr!
Wait until he is 18 and the gov't considers him an adult.

I'm thinking because today is my second work day of the week, it's somehow actually Tuesday for me. This day has not gone well.

I had a Scarlet experience at the doctor's office today. I am the only one sitting in the area. This woman walks in with her 3 kids and sits them right behind be. The one keeps kicking and kicking the back of by chair. Just as I was right about to snap, I got called by the nurse.

Counting down the days until my mini-vacation/bbdl's wedding. I took a couple extra days off before his wedding to hopefully see some friends in the area (relatively). Hope to catch up with con1977/MrsCon in Madison, and then see my old friend The Ohj/his wife in Milwaukee, before heading to scenic Hartford WI for the main purpose of the trip.

Good Morning Lodge.

Wild development camp has a scrimmage tomorrow at our local rink open to the public. One of Jr's skating coaches is coaching one of the teams, think we'll have to go to Braemar tomorrow afternoon.

Are you mobile??

Not very. Still no weight bearing on right foot, still in a cast and using crutches. But I got out to dinner last night and Jr can drive and drop me at the door (as I did for him for 8 years of hockey). I can hobble in and sit in top row of arena.

Psst, I think she was talking about your capacity to report on here about how the mini camp was going. ;)

Dang. The distributor is out of Widowmaker kegs for the wedding. So we have to go a different direction. I wanted to get another black ale, so I went with 1554. Hopefully enough people drink it...it doesn't have the ummmmm, following that Widow has.
