Good morning Lodge.

Getting ready to head to Mille Lacs for a week of camping.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

One birthday party & three grad open houses on the best "lake day" so far this summer. Sigh.

Good morning Lodge.

Getting ready to head to Mille Lacs for a week of camping.

Nothing like a vacation "down south". :)

Gorgeous day here, but instead of hanging by the pool I'm going with my parents to see a few apartments. They're in a rush to find a place to move. Then it's off to my brother's house. My niece is turning 16 on July 2nd and tonight is her family party. I'm taking her with me to the Emmys at the end of the summer so that's her gift but I got her a small gift card so she can open something.

I'm realizing I became quite the clothes horse. :o Packed up 2 boxes of winter clothes, and packed up another 2 boxes of clothes I'm donating. I had 2 suits that don't fit anymore that I completely forgot about, for example.

Perfect day again, weather-wise. Kind of feel bad that I'm stuck inside doing things that need to be done.

It's funny, that lake can be distinctly seen from satellite photos when looking at the entire 48 contiguous states, but Upper & Lower Red Lakes cannot be seen very easily on those same photos.

Hopefully the g family doesn't get trapped on Mille Lacs like I did on Red Lake last February. :)

Anyone having issues with getting stuck in mobile versions of the Board send them an email. Apparently I was the only one whiney enough to email them when it happened. Spread the word....

Good Morning everyone!!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

What is their email and did they fix it for you? Or tell you how to fix it?

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

Good morning Lodge.

Scrambled eggs with the works, oj and coffee via French press were served for breakfast.

Rainy lazy day so far at the lake. As soon as the rain breaks we will head out for a long bike ride.

Slow cooked pork tenderloin, grilled asparagus and freshly picked strawberries for dinner.

Bigblue........since I know you will be glued to the tv, please post USA World Cup scores later today. Thanks!

w000t!! Was talking to my bro about something else and asked him if there was a way to reset my browser (I also could not access the Direct TV website because it thinks I am mobile too). He Googled and found pages of people having problems with Windows 8.1 misreading devices as mobile. Apparently there is no fix but they did have a few solutions.

If you go to Browser tools and click on in private browsing it will work

or

If you hit Control, Shift and P simultaneously it opens a new window in Privacy mode and viola!! Bob is your uncle. Typing from my laptop, seeing the things the way they should be seen.

When you close the private window it leaves you back at square one. Something about the code in the browser being messed up and reading the wrong message from the device. He understood it completely. I have no clue but happy to see things the way the world should be. It won't let you Go Advanced to reply. You have to sign in because it doesn't let you do some cookie thing. Hopefully it doesn't unsubscribe me.

The second option worked! Thanks! I don't know where to private browsing in the Tools section.

You have to right click on the bar of your browser and click menu bar. That will let you click the browser tools. Supposedly you can also click Compatibility View settings and click add this website, OK it and then refresh to get it off mobile. That didn't work for me. Grr.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

Do you mean Tools? Not Browser Tools? Because I did that. And there was nothing that said anything about private browsing. Nor did I see anything called Compatibility View anywhere.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #173: (Insert Title)

If you are in IE right click above the tabs it will give you the option to have a menu bar. It will pop up a little bar above all your tabs that has File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help.
