yeah, way ahead... let's see when Minny or Lowell annouces the dates. A lot will depend on whom of the Lowell faithful come out. I figure it comes out early enough i can get a decent place to stay.

If you're lucky we'll take you to the good places.

I keep hearing adds for some soccer team in the Twin Cities. First, I had no idea there was a soccer team here. Second, I bet they get at least 12 people to watch their games. Actually, where do they play? In some city park?

I'd presume Blaine where every other incarnation of soccer team has played.

Yup, they play at the main soccer field at the National Sports Center, right nextdoor to bb_dl.

Oh, in that area that I avoid like the plague between April and October. Gotcha. Can't even get a **** sandwich at Jimmy Johns without having to deal with 35 little **** kids in the obnoxious garb for that idiotic sport.

My team used to play summer league up there, in addition to fall and winter leagues (no spring league). When it came time for the big international tournament in July(?), it was an absolute nightmare to get in and out of the parking lot, and this is at 8:00PM or later.

Morning, Lodj.

Huh. Apparently had an argument about the Carlos Gomez thing with TBA (on Facebook), but I had forgotten his real name and thought I was arguing with a (non-special) lady friend of Dude Love's. Only when (name) mentioned USCHO that I realized who I was arguing with. Oh well.

Carlos Gomez: Big money talent, ten cent head. What's there to argue?
