Downtown Disney's been toned down quite a bit. Used to have more nightclubs and was the 'adult' enclave of the resort.

Last time I was there was 4 years ago (also 9 years ago and I guess 30 years ago as a kid) and was with family. Was fun and the Rainforest Cafe was a welcome dinner after a LONG day in the parks. Just wanted a non-foodservice meal and a tall drink.

Saw La Nouba (Cirque) and it was outstanding. Best of 4 Cirque shows that I've seen. Never really experienced Downtown Disney as an Adult (coz with my kids) although we also hit the House of Blues and a couple other places.

Gonna hit Disney (for the 3rd and final time) for a couple of days on our way to the Caribbean next spring break. Can't wait. I totally buy in and it's really fun to go there and experience it through your kids' eyes.

Happiest place on Earth don't ya know! :D

This just in... Melrose's cackle is AWESOME!

I know everyone hates him and they're justified. I gotta admit though... I like him.

You are a very disturbed person (or maybe just a bit more efficient at getting in an altered state than the rest of us). As lil so succinctly put it- he is a buffoon!

I agree.

Good evening Lodge.

I'm trying to find the BSU game. Anyone know what channel they are on?

So I had to watch the Q in Delano MN (for the non-locals, it's a smaller town outside city limits). Found a bar with sketchy Wifi, but they had ESPNU, and it seems every customer was a regular (and it was packed). Apparently, I sat next to, and met (he intro'd himself to me, being the small-town guy he was), the one guy who knew everyone, and everyone knew him. It was odd. Yes, I got the "new guy" looks from a lot of people. I suppose it didn't help that I was the only one watching the hockey, wearing a jersey.
