Their biggest issues this year have been consistency in goaltending and adjusting to the way games are being called. They've made decent strides in both in the last two weeks...5 in a row.

Happy Birthday Mavsey!

Bonus Ball!! No Sunday School this AM so I can go to church later! Good thing because I didn't bake anything and the kids are always hungry (what HS kid is not hungry?)

Instead I got to decorate some more and organize myself. Life is good!

What a sloppy wet mess outside. We got about 3-4" here and then it turned to rain so it's slush/snow and very heavy. This is going to freeze up and weather peeps are saying flash freezes in the next hour. Great I'm supposed to meet my parents at church. Seems like this church is the only one not closed this morning. I don't want my parents driving in this. I don't want to drive in this.

Good morning Lodge.

Currently -5 but feels like like -19. Tomorrow supposed to be a high temp of 27. F the s&ss. Can you say commando?

Breakfast has been served. French toast, bacon, fruit, coffee and OJ.

After the Vikes destroy Philly the boys and I will go out and volunteer to sell Xmas trees. It's going to be a cold one.

About 9 inches here. Thicker stuff on top. Brrr cold still. None of that warming stuff Scarlet has

Mornin' Lodge.

Saw my awesome god-daughter yesterday. Man, she has a full head of hair. Tried to hold her, but insta-crying nixed that. I tend to have that effect with babies. :o After that, it was a good ol' fashioned hootenanny at TK's. bbdl made quite the fashion statement last night, too. :D

Made it to church and back. When I went to my car, the temperature had dropped so fast the drizzly rain totally froze and encased my car in ice. In less than an hour. I had flipped up my wipers so they wouldn't freeze to the windshield and they kind of buckled so when I put them down on the windshield they weren't touching the glass. Made for an interesting drive. The roads actually weren't too bad and I made it there and back with no problem.

You know, a week ago I was stuck in a city who had an ice storm and don't know how to treat roads. What a difference.

I'm assuming you're referring to the cat t-shirt, I cant believe my sister let him out of the house wearing that.
