They are allowing reentry until 8 PM when the men start and the McNamara Alumni center across the street is open with food and drink for sale. Also BWW across the street and some bars up by Washington are available, though likely packed tonight. I'll be in 143, row 15 tonight.

And Dave, hand and toe warmers are ready to go.
We did end up staying warm, for the most part. I picked up a fur-lined hat with ear flaps. We also left the women's game early, and like you said, most everything was packed. So we ended up at Bon Mi, my first foray into Vietnamese food. Tasty sandwiches.

My brother's tickets ended up in in section 115, we were on the metal benches, about midway into the eastern end zone. You would have been around center ice, yes? We had crap sight lines, but the exceptionally drunk fans in the stands were entertaining. Now that I've done an outdoor game, I don't think I need to do one ever again.

My toes once again feel like they are a part of my person. The rest of me stayed warm enough, though. It was a good time. HHT!

Good Morning, Lodge!

Mr. is heading up to St, Clooud today for his mom's 50th birthday lunch. I decided not to go due to the fact that they are having a friend of the family tag along who I cannot stand. So I am taking the high road on this one by not going. Mr. was originally not going to go, but his brother guilt tripped him into going.

Good Morning Lodge. Happy Hockey Day in Minnesota!

My feet did get cold and Jr's were cold almost from the start as he is too cool to wear boots. Sneakers are not a good choice for outdoor hockey games, even with a couple pairs of socks. Otherwise we were fine. Did not have much success with the chemical heat packs in the shoes - worked for a little while, but not 5 hours as advertised.

I think what we all learned about Mavsy is that he is actually yet another closet Gopher fan. Why else would he pass up a home MSUM mens' game for the Gophers and Ohio State?;)

I'd love to have admin power just to get the spammers out of here.

Looks like I'll have a Sconnie for a son-in-law... he gave her the ring yesterday. Also looks like I'll have to GO to Sconnie for the wedding!

Tell me this is all a dream...

Actually, I'm quite happy for them both. They're both good kids and seem to know what they want from life.

Congrats! I think. ;)

You can still convert him. It'll be a tough road, but it can happen. :)

Congrats, Mark! I think ;)

Just booked my flights to Philadelphia for April's CawlidgeHawkey showcase. Finally got my southwest rewards points saved up enough (still cheap flights, but now it's only $5!) Now just to get a hotel/ticket/rental car since I'm going up to the Bronx on the off day for Yankees and Red Sox!
