Morning. Planning on just lounging around for the most part, watch football, and enjoy the smell of the pulled pork I have in the crock pot. 2nd straight weekend where I will have not done a single thing on the weekends except watch football and relax.

Was at both hockey tables last night. Sioux won, but we had a player taken off the ice on a stretcher.

Feeling better now. Been pounding the water, and had a Monster. It helps that I haven't had to do anything except lay on the couch and flip back and forth between hockey and football. Until the puppy decides it is a good idea jump on my face.

Evening, Lodg.

At the end of Squirt practice today, when the kids had each gotten a couple of shoot-out tries, we coaches got a shot. The first five guys got stuffed, and the kids were really whooping it up for their goalie. Then guess who lit the lamp? THAT'S RIGHT, BABY! Me, easily the slowest and most stone-handed person on the whole ice, of any age. It was even on the backhand. Oh it was beautiful!

:) Awesome.

My dad and I will be going to Ann Arbor the weekend of November 16-17. Was hoping to take in a game at Yost, but Michigan is away at UNO that weekend. So instead, it will be a food-based trip; we're going to Maize and Blue Deli, Tio's Mexican Cafe, and Arbor Brewing... should be fun.
