He was only 25, and when we found out he was taking this job, he specifically mentioned he thought his parents were being irrational being scared about that exact situation. :(

Yo. 10ish hours until I'm hopefully off the boat and flying home. Then flying to NY tomorrow afternoon for wedding festivities. First of my friends to head to the dark side.

So, my company is getting travel arrangements made yesterday afternoon for me/my Capt who is covering for me. Supposedly, my VALID driver license was flagged as being suspended by my company's insurance company, and they say I'm not authorized to drive. Sent my personnel guy a copy of my driver abstract, hopefully they figure their schnit out.

As soon as we touched down I turned my phone on so I could call my folks. I got a text from a friend who told me I accidentally butt dialed this other BU fan, whose number I have because I've met up with him and his son and others at random Frozen Four trips. The call happened the night of the Emmys and woke his wife up and now she thinks we're involved. For the love of God.

My phone has been randomly doing that the last few months, not sure why so I apologize in advance if any if you get calls from me and I'm not there.

I deleted him from my contacts and defriended him on Facebook. I've met this woman. I can't believe she would think that.

Can't multi quote on my phone so I was lazy.

School is going well. I applied to the college of business to declare general finance and minors in accounting and business administration.(which comes along with most business majors) I'm enjoying it so far and will really get into some in depth finance stuff next semester. I guess I just wanted to have heavy people interaction day to day and I'm hoping that'll be a possibility with that degree.

I'm hoping Phil plays as well. Sounds iffy, though. If he plays, I'll feel a lot better about how things go if Iowa manages to lose to that team.

I got up. He woke up, I put him in the swing, out like a light. He always takes a long nap in the morning but I'm usually downstairs already before he falls asleep :p

Anyone doing anything exciting today? I'm getting my hair cut, it'll be the non-baby-related highlight of my week.
