Unless it requires a major relocation, a lot more travel, or they want you to be on-call 24/7. If the offer is that much better than your current one, those are only big stop signs I can think of.
Plenty of other factors besides an amazing salary and benefits package. They are the most important factors, but not the only ones.

Landed in Chicago, waiting for my flight home. Turns out its the same plane I flew here on but a different flight number and seat. How weird is that?
As soon as we touched down I turned my phone on so I could call my folks. I got a text from a friend who told me I accidentally butt dialed this other BU fan, whose number I have because I've met up with him and his son and others at random Frozen Four trips. The call happened the night of the Emmys and woke his wife up and now she thinks we're involved. For the love of God.
My phone has been randomly doing that the last few months, not sure why so I apologize in advance if any if you get calls from me and I'm not there.
I deleted him from my contacts and defriended him on Facebook. I've met this woman. I can't believe she would think that.

I found out today, that a former truck driver (contracted to us, not officially an employee) of ours (he took another job about a month ago) over-turned his tanker, which caught fire, and he couldn't escape. He was only 25, and when we found out he was taking this job, he specifically mentioned he thought his parents were being irrational being scared about that exact situation.

After some serious consideration, I decided not to take the new position. I was in my boss's office for almost an hour discussing the situation. Things are different at my current job. My position has evolved, and I really think it is a better fit for me. It also helps that I used the salary offer as leverage at my current job.
