Went to the Twin...I mean Rays game last night. Yes, Mr. and I sat through the entire rain delay. It was fun. We met the Target Field organist.

Mrs. Nelson is awesome. She was the organist at a friend's wedding. Nothing like waiting for the seats to empty and hearing "O, Canada" played on the church organ.

This is true. At a friend's wedding, O Canada was one of the songs that the congregation sang, complete with organ. He and his wife are not Canadian, they just love hockey.

Why wasn't it played at the Biddlyn wedding? IIRC the video only had the SSB, and neither roots for Minnesota.

Went to a wedding of a wife's co-worker many, many, moons ago and the soloist was Jim Bowers, who used to sing the Anthem at North Star games.
Imagine my disappointment when neither Anthem was sung at the wedding.

Some jack bag Packer ahole fans decided that the tv in their sightline was not good enough for their game. Tried to change a tv with my game on it. OC said hell no. The fans (about 10 of them) were mad. Too bad. Whow up earlier you *ers.

It's one reason I like OC. Obviously the MN/CHI/GB games are on, but after that? It's whoever's there first (and it helps to be a regular, even if just an NFL Sunday regular) that gets to choose a game for one of the remaining tvs.

The newest waitress to punch in today changed the channel, then my waitress corrected her right away, saying that TV does not change, because it was my game. FTR, the CheeseDicks fans showed up well after the game started. Stupid backwoods hicks.

And I'm not kidding when I say that the TV that was in their sightline, WITH THE GB GAME ON, was about 15 feet away. Morons.
