I might see them for an hour or three at most. :p Remember, I'm at our offsite location for most of the day. :) And I actually love mentoring, as experience helps quite a bit in the work. Little tricks to make things easier for everyone.

Not to mention the reaming of the new guy when he screws up and puts something where its not suppose to be and you guys gotta go hunting around to find it.

Morning. Beautiful night down here on the Tennessee River, nice bright full moon. Getting to our dock in a few hours and hopefully getting a few days worth of standby time waiting to discharge.

Seriously considering and looking into some new positions here at work. I've been doing this same job for almost 5 years now, and it is getting to be the time to try something new. Only looking at internal positions, as I want to stick with the same company, and continue to work in the same location(s).

Me too, bbbl, starting to look around some.
The fact some of my co-workers need Hammer's shovel is just one reason. :)
