Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

I actually really want to go and see a series out East. Wish I could go to North Dakota at Boston U.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

I cannot believe that garage is now $15!!!! Jeez, it's only $12 to park at Agganis.

Starting to kind of freak out at the amount of travel I have over the next month.....looks like I am now going to Colorado Springs.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

I thought I was parking at your house and having you drive me to the rink! ;)
You can do that if you want but you won't get there very early

Well, we have to get the $ from somewhere. The 15 bucks beats the price of tix at Agganis. I almost had a heart attack the last time I saw the tix prices there.

That's because at the price of a ticket there is like a gazillion dollars so they don't have to charge as much for parking.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

hmmm, so the BU tickets cost like $50? I guess you can do that when you're BU. :p Just like the Gophs and No-Names out this way.

Actually, no it doesn't. You're parking in a garage in Lowell. Not Boston. The $20 garage next to Matthews is expensive because it's in Boston. Plus, that garage in Lowell was $10 last year and $5 about 2-3 years before that. That steep of an increase is, well, steep.

I think pricing is finally catching up to Michigan hockey. They are doing promos now for some games. Including the Tech game ... 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs, and 4 sodas for $80.

Some of these promos are making me think I could have saved money buying games individually instead of season tickets. It will be something to consider next year when it's time to buy tickets.

It cost me $52 for 2 tickets to Friday's game! Add travel, parking, and food and it'll be near $150 for a college hockey game.

I really miss my comp connection...

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #170: Fair Weather

I think I spent $75 for a single each to the BU and Ferris games at Yost.

Makes me think I should buy the 4 pack for the 3.5 of us; starting to look like my mom will still be around come that weekend.

Tickets at the Coffin for the MSUM series were $5 for some reason. Probably trying to drum up interest in the Skating Goons...
