Hey lodge. It was a pretty good weekend. Went out with the crew for Shirtless Guy's mini bachelor party, bowed out before Dreamgirls, went over to the girlfriend's house instead. Went out drinking yesterday to celebrate St. Patty's day early, started at 2:00, and finished up early, by about 10:00. I feel so old....calling it a night at 10pm. Oh well, it was fun, and a little odd, since it was me, my girlfriend and 3 of her friends. Me and 4 college girls out on the town. :p

Decided to spend $5 for the sports package for this month, to watch the Tech game tonight. Don't have high hopes.

Just took the dog for a walk, man is it cold out here, wind is howling out of the northwest. Calling for a huge snow dump on tuesday, we just got rid of most of our snow only a few patches here and there, now looking for 6 to 12in.

Maine passed emergency legislation so bars could open at 6am when St Paddys day is on a Sunday, the bill just got signed on Thursday :D

6AM? yikes. We are looking at lots of snow too unless things have changed. Sigh. we are almost rid of out snow.

A co-worker lives in Grosse Pointe, and he sometimes tells stories from when he was younger about getting drunk and going to the clubs on 8 mile. I will have to give him some crap about his midget fetish now. :p

Paddy Murphys in Bangor a real nice Irish Pub was full by 7:D A buddy of mine goes every year at 6am, has some scotch eggs and a guiness, then goes to work. I'd bet today he had more than one :)

Apparently Jim Kelly (of Buffalo Bills fame) is in Iowa City doing some hunting or something. My buddy, who works at the hotel Jim was staying at, chatted with him and said he was pleasant. I'm rather jealous.

poor ralph!!!

he is outshooting brown 36-17 and losing!! plus he has glm on the radio and joe is working something like a 2 or 3 game losing streak doing games!!!! :p
